These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Quick Note for Notion ("the App"), developed by Min Apps. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The App provides a fast text input interface for adding entries to a Notion database. The App communicates with the Notion API using an access token that you provide or authorize via OAuth.

2. Requirements

• You must have a valid Notion account and workspace.
• You are responsible for creating and managing your Notion integrations and database permissions.
• You must comply with Notion's Terms of Service when using the App.

3. Your Notion Account

The App accesses your Notion workspace using an API token that you authorize. You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your Notion account and API tokens.
• The content you submit through the App.
• Ensuring you have appropriate permissions to write to the selected database.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures of the App, Notion, or any related service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Min Apps. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Notion" is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or free from errors.
• Notes submitted through the App will always be successfully delivered to Notion.
• The offline queue will preserve all queued items in all circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIN APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how the App handles your information.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the Notion API and, for OAuth setup, a Cloudflare Worker. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
